That is once a month. And secondly you can only check 500 most important pages on the blog.
Another thing i see about this site is that it also check duplicate content within the blog that is, the rate
of duplicate content will really increase.
Generally speaking i will say that the site is very good for checking so many things wrong with you site
and even your competitors site..
