I must point it out to you today that you can not succeed on your own. You need people to help you or connect you. You need blogs to introduce or feature you. You need publicity and exposure. In this post I will outline to you how to effectively market your blog for maximum traffic. Your blog is running well but nobody visit you? Start creating communication channels and in few days from reading this post you will start generating traffic. Expect huge traffic after reading and practicing this (post) strategy in this post.
Start commenting on other blogs daily: visit at least 10 blogs and forums and drop comments on them all. That means you have opened your first communication channel. Don’t just drop comment, contribute to the discussion. Be unique and creative and make sure you (you) add your blog and your name.

i. Write down a list of 10 relevant blogs in your niche. Do it now. You can research on Google but you can start with blogs you know.
Spend 30 or 20 minutes to read their contents and freely comments on all the 10 blogs.
Do this for 5 days and check your traffic level. Continue doing this and you will see great outcome.
As a rule: Don’t leave any website or blog without dropping a (content) comment.
Say what ever you feel (be creative). Marketing is about placing your self and your blog for the public to see and identify with you. This will make you an authority in a short whole.
ii. Give out free report: Another way to do marketing is giving out a free report with your blog url in them. Take your time and write extensively on a topic and give it out For free on your blog and other blogs.
You can email other bloggers about the report or book and tell them to share it with their readers and let the readers also give it out for free. Just like the news papers the wider the report goes the wider the exposure you get. That is cool marketing.
You care giving out the report free because your blog url is place in the report. Remember marketing means exposure and exposure means traffic and traffic means profit. You can even turn the post or report into audio format and ask your readers to download it as an MP3.
Use your blog to talk about the book use forums and other places where you know your audience are hanging out and give them the link to down load.

Take 7 days and write a comprehensive report.
Tell a story or share your experience if you can.
Demonstrate using pictures if you can. Write the topics down according to chapters.

iii. Use email list: If you don’t have an email list yet then you have not started blogging. They are your potential wealth people you can easily get back to important of an email list to your blog.

Register today with feedbumer.com and bum your feed or register with Aweber or mailchimp then install the widgets on your blog to collect emails. Don’t just add this to your blog, encourage readers to subscribe. If you use feedbunner your readers will get your post directly into their email box even if they are not online. That means if you have 5000 subscribes whenever you publish your next blog content it will automatically be sent to 5000 email addresses and that means huge traffic back to your blog. When you advertise on your blog it means you are advertising to 500 people.
iv. Facebook and twitter: Social networking sites:
After installing your list gadgets the next thing is to register with social networking sites or if you already have account on facebook the wisest marketing strategy is build a fan pate for your business that is the easiest marketing strategy on the net. They are your fans and whatever you bring to them they will accept and pay you for it. Always talk about your blog every time online and offline ask your friends what they want you to talk about and help than out.
I have seen some hungry marketers who will write a 5-7 page report with the topic “how to make money on facebook and twitter”.
All they want to teach you is how to market your product using facebook. They sell the report online to you and you think you have gotten it all. Well all the book will contain is what I just explained above.

I try to write at least 2 articles a day that equal 14 in a week. I publish 6 on my blogs and publish the others on forums, guest blogs, articles submission sites and so on. Do it and start seeing higher traffic through backlinks.
