Choose any of the partners listed above and apply for your credit card. lets go ahead and use text-link-ads for example. just click on edit account in your membership section and then look for WOULD YOU PREFFER TO BE PAID VIA CHEK OR PAYPAL? Just select payoneer and then you click the update account button. you should then be redirected to a pre application page where you will be given information on the advantages of using payoneer option. just click on apply at the end, now you will be redirected to payoneer website. fill in your information and submit after which an email will be sent to your mail go to your mailbox and confirm it. Once approved, your card will be mailed to you after 2 business days.
Once your card arrives, simply follow the activation instructions in the welcome letter or mail sent to you.
